イタリア：ロマは登録が義務？
イタリアのシルヴィオ・ベルルスコーニ首相属する右派内閣は先日、子どもを含む同国に居住するロマの登録作業を行なう計画に着手した。イタリア各地には約700の居住地があり、推定15万人のロマおよびシンティ（ジプシーと呼ばれることも多い）が住む。ロマの大半はイタリア生まれだが、こじれつつある移民問題の犠牲者になっている。
